How we read reviews →Cranbourne's authentic Sri Lankan rice-and-curry spot, loved for flavour, knocked for service.
No-frills, family-run dining room with classic music playing and an authentically homestyle feel.
Banana-leaf rice-and-curry packs, string hoppers, watalappan custard, and a family kitchen where the owner's wife cooks.
Strong authenticity signals throughout, with reviewers specifically praising the traditional Sri Lankan flavours and calling it a taste of home.
Most reviewers call portions generous and prices fair for authentic Sri Lankan food, but a recurring group of reviewers flags inconsistent pricing with no visible price list and unexplained extra charges.
