The Lowdown · AI digest
How we read reviews →North Melbourne bakery with sourdough, almond croissants, cinnamon stars and old-school Cornish pasties.
Small, unpretentious craft bakery where you can watch bakers at work; friendly, clean and busy with queues at peak.
House-baked sourdough and French-style baguettes, viennoiserie, traditionally made Cornish pasties, frozen pasties, vegan pizza slice, coffee, Too Good To Go bags.
Cornish pasties are made the traditional way and have drawn approval from a visiting Cornish expat; baguettes and viennoiserie follow French technique.
Quality earns praise, but several diners say bread and pasties sit at the pricier end; large sourdough loaves are seen as fair value.
